LONDON, UK – Ingenion Medical Limited announces that Susan Finch joined the senior management of the company as Chief Operating Officer to support the pre-commercialization activities and launch of its groundbreaking CymActive SoftValve device to treat non-neurogenic chronic urinary retention in men. The CymActive SoftValve is the first in a range of devices from Ingenion to treat chronic urinary control issues.

successful 25-year career in operations and senior management roles in both medical devices and industrial manufacturing industries for both privately held and large international blue-chip
companies. Most recently, Susan spent 7 years as General Manager for Pennine Healthcare, in addition to years of operational management experience in other industries with companies such as
Bosch and ICO Polymers. Susan received her MBA from Nottingham University Business school.

supplied to the NHS.”
